Lusso/206

Lusso/206 offers a distinct tonal character within the same 73.23″×7.5″×5/8″ ultra-wide-plank European Oak format as Lusso/205, giving contractors and developers access to a second colorway within the same specification. This is critical for multi-unit residential developments where individual units benefit from unique floor colorways while maintaining a consistent quality standard and installation format throughout the building. The character-grade grain of Lusso/206 typically presents with medium tonal variation, warm undertones, visible ray flecks, and occasional small knots, lending it to transitional and contemporary interiors that want natural authenticity without the full rustic appearance of pure ABCD grades. The 4mm European Oak wear layer and UV Lacquer finish make this plank a long-term investment for property owners and landlords across NYC who need flooring that holds up over multiple tenancies.
