Progettista/109

Progettista/109 is a character-grade European Oak slim-profile wide-plank engineered hardwood (74.81″×7.5″×1/2″, 2mm wear layer), engineered specifically for NYC renovation projects where subfloor height allowances restrict the use of 5/8″ or 3/4″ products but where wide-plank, high-quality aesthetics remain a design requirement. The 1/2″ profile allows install over existing subfloor systems, radiant heat setups, and tight stair transitions where thicker planks would create problematic height transitions at doorways and thresholds. Character-grade grain provides natural warmth and individuality. Brushed surface, UV Lacquer low-gloss finish. Woodcraft Flooring NY is Brooklyn’s B2B wholesale flooring supplier for NYC contractors, supplying this specification at direct trade pricing without retail channel premiums.
