Progettista/111

Progettista/111 extends the 1/2″ slim-profile character-grade European Oak range to four distinct colorways, the broadest selection of height-sensitive wide-plank engineered hardwood available from a single wholesale flooring supplier in the NYC market. Woodcraft Flooring NY maintains dye-lot controlled inventory across all Progettista colorways, simplifying multi-phase and multi-unit procurement for contractors, property managers, and developers managing large renovation pipelines across New York City’s housing stock. The 6.23′ length per plank minimizes labor through fewer board changes, and the 7.5″ width reduces grout-line frequency for a cleaner, more premium finished appearance. The brushed surface and UV Lacquer low-gloss finish are consistent across all SKUs, ensuring color matching between phases of the same project.
