Vita/603

Vita/603 is the first colorway in Woodcraft Flooring NY’s Vita Collection, a select-grade European Oak engineered hardwood in a slim 1/2″ profile (74.81″×7.5″×1/2″, 1.2mm wear layer) designed specifically for NYC renovation projects where floor height tolerances are critical. At 7.5″ wide and 74.81″ long, Vita/603 delivers a premium wide-plank appearance despite the thinner profile, critical for brownstone renovations, co-op apartment upgrades, and pre-war building refurbishments across Brooklyn, the Upper West Side, and Park Slope where DOB height restrictions and door clearances often rule out thicker hardwood installations. Vita/603 presents with a clean, cool-neutral select-grade oak tone that reads as refined and understated, the ideal foundation for contemporary and Scandinavian-influenced interior design schemes common in NYC’s renovated pre-war residential stock. Brushed surface, UV Lacquer low-gloss finish. 8 boards per carton covering 31.08 Sq.Ft. Woodcraft Flooring NY wholesale pricing from Brooklyn.
