Vita/605

Vita/605 is the third colorway in the Vita Collection, offering the lightest, brightest select-grade European Oak tone in the slim 1/2″ wide-plank range (74.81″×7.5″×1/2″), a specification that maximizes light reflection in NYC’s characteristically dark interior-facing apartments and north-facing units where natural light is limited. Light-toned hardwood flooring is one of the most effective tools in a renovation contractor’s toolkit for transforming the perceived brightness and spaciousness of challenging NYC apartment layouts, contributing directly to rental premiums and resale values. Vita/605’s bright, clean select-grade oak grain creates a minimalist, Scandinavian-influenced appearance that appeals broadly to NYC’s millennial and professional renter demographics, the primary occupants of the building typologies most commonly renovated with Vita-format flooring. 1.2mm wear layer, slim 1/2″ profile for height-constrained installs. Woodcraft Flooring NY wholesale pricing from Brooklyn.
