Vita/607

Vita/607 is the fifth colorway in the Vita Collection, delivering a rich golden select-grade European Oak tone in the slim 1/2″ wide-plank format (74.81″×7.5″×1/2″), a warm, luxurious expression that elevates NYC apartment renovations to a higher perceived quality tier without requiring a full specification change to thicker, higher-cost hardwood formats. Golden-toned oak has long been one of the most commercially successful flooring specifications in NYC’s luxury rental and condo market: it photographs warmly for listings, creates immediate emotional comfort on first viewing, and pairs naturally with the warm-stone, warm-metal, and warm-textile interior trends dominant in contemporary NYC residential design. Vita/607’s select-grade grain provides this warmth in a clean, consistent surface that maintains the refined appearance of a luxury renovation without the visual complexity of character or ABCD grades. 1.2mm wear layer, slim 1/2″ profile.
