Progettista/107

Progettista/107 is a character-grade European Oak engineered hardwood plank in a slim 1/2″ thickness (6.23’×7.5″×1/2″, 2mm wear layer), the preferred specification when project subfloor height allowances are tight or when installing over existing subfloor systems in NYC’s historic pre-war buildings where floor height transitions are critical. Despite the thinner profile, Progettista/107 delivers a full 7.5″ wide, 6.23′ long plank with the same character-grade natural grain variation and brushed UV Lacquer low-gloss finish as the thicker Lusso series. This makes it an excellent specification for renovation contractors working in NYC co-ops, apartment buildings, and brownstones where DOB height restrictions and door clearances leave little tolerance for additional floor thickness. Woodcraft Flooring NY supplies Progettista/107 wholesale to contractors, architects, and developers across NYC and nationwide at direct trade pricing.
