Villa/305 offers a second ABCD-grade European Oak colorway in the 86.61″×8.66″ grand-plank format, a cooler-toned full-character oak expression that pairs naturally with Villa/304 for multi-unit NYC residential developments where individual units benefit from distinct floor personalities within the same premium specification and carton format. The cooler, slightly ashy undertone of Villa/305 makes it a strong specification for north-facing NYC apartments, contemporary loft spaces, and industrial-chic commercial environments where a lighter, more modern take on full-character oak is preferred over the warmer tones of /304. The combination of 8.66″ wide planks and ABCD-grade grain variation at 86.61″ length creates a floor with unmistakable visual depth and no two boards alike. 4mm wear layer, refinishable.
