Progettista/108

Progettista/108 offers a distinct character-grade European Oak colorway within the same slim 1/2″ wide-plank format (6.23’×7.5″×1/2″) as Progettista/107, providing renovation contractors with a second tonal option for NYC co-op, brownstone, and apartment building renovation projects where subfloor height is a critical constraint. The character-grade grain adds visual warmth and natural authenticity to spaces that might otherwise feel institutional in renovation contexts. The 7.5″ wide, 6.23′ long plank format delivers maximum floor coverage per board, speeding installation and reducing labor costs on large floor areas. Brushed surface and UV Lacquer low-gloss finish. 2mm wear layer suitable for residential renovation applications. Woodcraft Flooring NY supplies wholesale engineered hardwood to NYC contractors and developers at direct trade pricing from our Brooklyn warehouse at 309 Rutledge St.
