Stella/817

Stella/817 completes the three-colorway select-grade lineup within the Stella 10″ wide-plank range, giving NYC project teams the broadest clean-grain tonal selection available in a grand-format engineered hardwood specification from a single Brooklyn wholesale supplier. Having three select-grade tones, /815, /816, and /817, within the same carton coverage (36.94 Sq.Ft.), same specification, and same installation methodology means large-scale NYC development projects can achieve genuine unit-to-unit differentiation without the procurement complexity of managing multiple supplier relationships or specification changes. Stella/817 typically presents as the most neutral, balanced select-grade tone in the range, neither conspicuously warm nor cool, making it the safest specification choice for common areas, corridors, and amenity spaces in luxury NYC residential buildings where broad aesthetic appeal matters most.
